These resources were created by the Registered Organisations Commission which has since been abolished. The regulator is now the Fair Work Commission. Although the regulator has changed, the obligations for registered organisations remain the same under the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009. The modules in the E-Learning Centre help registered organisations and their officers learn more about governance and compliance. Each module is a narrated slideshow covering a specific topic.
