These are a useful tool to assist your organisation with its ongoing compliance.
The workshops were conducted by the Registered Organisations Commission and contain an audio recording (approx. 1 hour) with detailed questions, answers, hypotheticals and examples to help you understand the topic of the workshop. There are also links to relevant documents that are mentioned in the audio.
The workshops can be accessed at any time and are aimed to assist officers, administrators and members of registered organisations.

Many questions have been asked at the information sessions and workshops about specific circumstances, particularly in relation to corrupting benefits and disclosure obligations for bargaining representatives.
