October discussion panel: Transparency – what can your members see at the ROC?
The resource you are about to use was created by the Registered Organisations Commission (ROC) which has since been abolished. The regulator is now the Fair Work Commission.

The ROC hosted a discussion panel about transparency on Tuesday 19th October 2021. It was joined by representatives of unions, employer associations and registered auditors.
Some of the discussion points included:
- the lodgements available to download on the ROC website
- what the financial report reveals about the performance of organisations
- how organisations and branches can prepare clear and compliant ORP statements
- good governance tips to promote officer disclosures.
